The iconic Angry bird game just got more engaging and interesting than ever before with its new game angry birds friends, the makers of this game took it to the social platform  now you can play the game with friends on Facebook and compete with them and go gaga with high scores is it too late for angry birds makers  to get into social gaming while comparing to legendary games from zynga like farmville, mafia wars. Though it came late to the party there are good chances this game will top the charts considering the popularity and fan base this game already has.

There’s more to it than just social game, roxio plans to release new tournaments, challenges every week which will keep you glued to the game and remove the part where game gets dull or unexciting, we have not seen such move by any popular social game though many updates or rather version were realeased by others but not as often as roxio plans to.

It is said to be launched on android and IOS devices , mobile devices has changed the way we play games and interact.Not long ago for the  first time mobile facebook users surpassed pc users, this demonstrates the trend and roxio focusing this key segment will absoluteley work  in their favour. One major drawback we’ve noticed is that the game requires internet access to sync data with facebook for all that fun we talked above though it doesnt appear to be a major challenge but there are many smart phone users out there who still dont have internet access on their phone and earlier versions of angry bird dint require this technical dependency this might turn off quite a few users

like traditional the new angry bird friends offers power ups called king Sling, Super Seeds and birdquake to add extra fun some thing we dint notice in earlier versions, they’ve also added bonus featuer called wingman one of your friends on facebook can come in at tough times to help you out

A game with out trophies is incomplete, makers of this game felt the same and took step ahead and included bronze, silver and gold trophies that you can flaunt on your facebook page and you can also share fun gifts, so are you angry birds with friends
